خطاب به تشکل های مستقل کارگری در سراسر
جهان امنیت فعالان
کارگری ایران در خطر است!!! روز 29 بهمن ماه، پنج نفر از اعضای هیئت
مدیره ی سندیکای کارگران نیشکر هفته تپه به دادگاه فراخوانده شدند و روز 30 بهمن
ماه حکم شلاق سوسن رازانی عضو "شورای زنان" و شیوا خیر آبادی عضو
"کمیته ی هماهنگی برای کمک به ایجاد تشکل های کارگری" در دادگستری سنندج
اجرا شد. اتهام این دو فعال کارگری زن، شرکت در مراسم اول ماه مه سال 87 بوده و
فعالین کارگری نیشکر هفت تپه به واسطه ی تشکیل سندیکای کارگران هفت تپه و شرکت در
اعتصابات کارگری مورد سرکوب و محاکمه قرار گرفته اند و طبق اخبار منتشره روز
دوشنبه 5 اسفند ماه، باری دیگر دادگاهی و محاکمه خواهند شد. طی ماه های گذشته ده ها کارگر و فعال
کارگری از جمله، منصور اسالو، ابراهیم مددی، افشین شمس، پدرام نصرالهی، برهان
سعیدی، طاها آزادی، جوانمیر مردادی، محسن حکیمی، بیژن امیری و... در ایران دستگیر
و بازداشت شده و یا مورد پیگرد قرار گرفته اند. با این همه طی یکی دو ماه گذشته
شاهد تشدید فشار به فعالان کارگری هستیم که هدف از اعمال این فشارها تحت تأثیر
قرار دادن برگزاری مراسم روز کارگر آتی است. به گونه ای که کارگران از برگزاری
مراسم مستقل اول ماه مه بازداشته شوند. همان گونه که سال گذشته در چنین روزهایی
شاهد صدور احکام و به اجرا درآوردن حکم شلاق و زندان برای فعالین کارگری بودیم. دوستان کارگر و هم طبقه ای های شریف در
سراسر جهان: امروز، امنیت ده ها فعال کارگری در ایران
در خطر است، در این رابطه برخی نهادهای مدعی دفاع از منافع کارگران در سطح بین
المللی سکوت کرده و یا به انتشار یک اطلاعیه در محکومیت رژیم ایران اکتفا نموده
اند. امروز ما فعالان کارگری در ایران، تنها، انتشار اطلاعیه و محکوم کردن چنین
اقداماتی را کافی نمی دانیم، این گونه اقدامات ظرف یکی دو سال اخیر تأثیر کم تری
داشته است. ما نسبت به وضعیت فعالین کارگری زندانی و تحت پیگرد احساس نگرانی می
کنیم و از شما دوستان خود در تشکل های واقعی کارگری می خواهیم، اعمال ضد کارگری
رژیم سرمایه داری ایران را محکوم کرده و نسبت به این اعمال سرکوبگرانه، به هر نحو
که مقتضی می دانید، اعتراض کنید. چه؛ این مبارزات مشترک ما و شماست که می تواند
نظام سرمایه داری را به عقب براند. ما، تنها، با اقدامات متحد می توانیم جلوی تعرض
های سرمایه داری را بگیریم. ما معتقدیم این پیوند جنبش های کارگری در سطح بین
المللی است که می تواند جلوی تهاجمات سرمایه و دولت های متبوع آنان را بگیرد. شورای همکاری

To all independent labor organizations throughout the worldLabor activists in Iran are in danger!
On 29th of Bahman, February 17, 2009, five members of the board of directors of “Haft Tapeh Sugarcane Workers’ Syndicate,” were summoned to court. Next day, the lashing sentences against Ms. Sosaan Raazani, a member of “ Women’s Council,” and Ms. Shiva Khairabady a member of “ Coordinating Committee to help Form workers’ organizations, were carried out in Sanandaj. These women activists’ were “guilty” of participating in May First celebrations of last year. “Haft Tapeh,” activists are being prosecuted because of their strike and creation of an independent Syndicate; they’re to go back to court on February 23, 2009. In the past few months tens of labor activists including: Mansor Osanloo, Ibrahim Madaddy, Afshin Shams, Pedrum Nasrollahi, Borhan Saiedi, Taha Azadi, Mohsen Hakimi, Bijan Amiri, …have been arrested, incarcerated, or are being pursued by the security forces. In addition, what we’ve witnessed in the past couple of months is a renewed campaign of intimidation towards all labor activists, which is intended to prevent them from organizing upcoming May First celebrations. The goal is stop workers from participating in May First events. This is exactly what happened last year about the same time.
Dear friends, and noble working-class mates throughout the world: Today, the security of tens of labor activists in Iran is in danger. Some organizations that claim to defend workers’ interests on an international level have either chosen to be silent or merely issued a single statement condemning regime’s actions. Today, we labor activists inside Iran do not believe that just issuing statements and condemnations is an adequate response to the situation at hand. In the past few years such activities have had much less impact than before. We’re extremely concerned about the safety of incarcerated and prosecuted labor activists, and ask all of you, our true friends in real labor organizations, to condemn the anti-labor actions of the capitalist regime in Iran, and organize protests in any way, shape of form you deem as an adequate response to the situation at hand. Only through our common struggles we’ll be able to push back the capitalist order. Only through our common actions we’ll be able to prevent capitalists’ onslaughts. We believe that only through united actions of labor movements at an international level we will be able to prevent further aggressions of capitalists and their respective states.
